These terms govern your use of HorusVPN. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to them.
Acceptable use
HorusVPN is provided to help you browse privately and securely. Using the service for illegal activity, to attack or disrupt third-party systems, or to distribute malware or abusive content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed once, upfront, for the selected term (30, 180 or 360 days) and do not auto-renew. Prices are shown in USD at checkout.
Service availability
We work to keep every server online and performant, but as with any network service, occasional maintenance or outages can occur. We’ll communicate significant disruptions where possible.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of the acceptable use terms above. Legitimate use is never restricted.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
