Privacy Policy

HorusVPN is built around a simple rule: we can only protect data we don’t hold. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.

What we don’t collect

We do not log your browsing activity, the websites or services you connect to, your original IP address once connected, DNS queries, or connection timestamps tied to your identity. There is nothing to retrieve because nothing is recorded.

What we do collect

To operate your account we keep the minimum necessary: the email address used at checkout, your subscription plan and expiry date, and payment records held by our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers). Aggregate, non-identifying server load statistics are used to plan network capacity.

How your data is used

Account data is used solely to provision your VPN key, deliver support, and process renewals or refunds. It is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the account data we hold, or request its deletion, at any time by contacting support on Telegram or at support@horusvpn.net.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for the cart, sign-in and card fraud prevention, and marketing attribution cookies only with your consent. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will note the update date below and, where required, notify active subscribers.
