How to add a VPN subscription to Happ (all platforms)

By the HorusVPN team · Updated

To add a VPN subscription to Happ, copy your subscription link, open Happ, tap +, choose to add it from the clipboard, then pick a server and connect. The steps below cover every platform, plus quick fixes if the connection doesn’t come up.

You’ll need: your HorusVPN subscription link. It’s shown on the order confirmation page and sent to your email. It looks like https://panel.horusvpn.net/api/sub/…. No link yet? Get a subscription.

1. Install Happ

Happ is a free client for VLESS, REALITY and other Xray protocols. On your phone, scan the QR code for your platform with the camera, or tap the button to open the store page:

Windows, macOS and Linux: download links are on the official Happ website.

2. Add your Happ subscription URL

  1. Copy your full subscription link from the email or confirmation page.
  2. Open Happ and tap the + button.
  3. Choose Add from clipboard. Happ reads the link and creates a HorusVPN profile.
  4. If your version asks for a URL instead, paste the link into the field and save.

The profile lists every server in your plan: every live location (12 locations, 6 live and more coming soon), with four options for each: VLESS + REALITY, Hysteria2, Trojan and Shadowsocks.

3. Connect

  1. Pick the server closest to you. That’s usually the fastest one.
  2. Tap the connect button.
  3. On iOS, macOS and Android the system asks you to allow a VPN configuration the first time. Accept it.

That’s it. Your traffic now runs through a VLESS + REALITY tunnel.

Keeping your subscription up to date

Your link stays the same for as long as you’re a customer, including after you renew. Happ refreshes subscriptions automatically. To pull changes right away, use the refresh (update) button on the HorusVPN profile. Do this if we announce a new location or a server change.

Happ not connecting? Quick fixes

  • Switch protocol. If the VLESS server stalls on your network, try Hysteria2 for the same country, then Trojan or Shadowsocks. Some mobile networks treat them very differently.
  • Update the subscription. Tap refresh on the profile to make sure you have the latest server settings.
  • Check your device clock. TLS fails if the date and time are far off. Turn on automatic time.
  • Check your plan hasn’t expired. Your expiry date is in your confirmation email and in @Horus_VPNBot.
  • Turn off other VPNs or proxies. Two VPN apps fighting over the connection is a common cause of failure.

Still stuck? Message HorusVPN support on Telegram. We answer 24/7. Tell us your device, app version and which server you tried.

Keep your link private

Anyone who has your subscription link can use your plan. Don’t post it in chats or screenshots. If you think it has leaked, contact support and we’ll issue a new one.
